SNIP WV, located in Morgantown, is West Virginia's first low-cost, high-volume spay and neuter clinic. Its mission is to decrease the population of feral and homeless cats and shelter animals by providing affordable spay and neuter surgeries. SNIP WV aims to make these services accessible to the public, local rescues, and county shelters, while also working to reduce euthanasia rates in north central West Virginia. The clinic serves Monongalia County and surrounding areas.
