Old North End Veterinary Clinic has transitioned to the Community Pet Clinic of the Humane Society of Chittenden County as of February 14, 2024. After 17 years of service, the original team, including Dr. Susan McMillan and Practice Manager Kit Roberts, has ensured a smooth transfer of medical records for clients wishing to switch clinics. A limited house calls practice remains available for urgent care and end-of-life services. For any record transfers or inquiries, clients can reach out to the clinic via phone or email.
