Hempfield Animal Hospital, established in 1989 by Dr. William Edkin, has been dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary care in a family-oriented environment. After relocating in 1997 due to growth, the clinic has built a loyal clientele in the Hempfield area. Dr. Mary Purvis joined the practice part-time in 2019 and became a full-time clinician in 2020, ultimately purchasing the business in 2021, drawn by its culture and commitment to pet care.
