The Economic Veterinary Initiative (EVI) is a low-cost veterinary care service in the community, focusing on spay/neuter procedures for cats and rabbits. Operating one to two days a week, EVI also offers vaccination and microchipping clinics when possible. The initiative aims to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder pet owners from caring for their animals. Currently, EVI provides services exclusively for cats and rabbits and is not equipped to handle dogs.
