The Humane Society of North America offers low-cost surgical services to help control the pet population, with a focus on spaying and neutering. They operate multiple locations across Florida, including Bartow, Mascotte, Orlando, Saint Cloud, Winter Park, and Zephyrhills. Note that they do not provide pet adoption services. Payments are required in advance, and pet owners must bring a current rabies certificate or receive a rabies shot for a small fee. Food and water restrictions apply before surgery.
