The Mountsorrel groom room is very much about offering a calm, safe & caring service for you & your pet. We never rush. Customers know that I will be looking after their precious 4 legged friend as if they were my own. We don't use cages or have other pets waiting to be groomed or collected. It is a 1 on 1 service. You are most welcome to stay. There's a secure garden for your dog to stretch their legs & we pride ourselves on the high standards of cleanliness we keep. We really listen to how you want your boy's & girl's to look. I always have lovely comments from my customer's when they come to collect their pet on how lovely they look, smell & how happy & relaxed they seem.
