Fareham Creek Vets is a long established independent practice with an experienced, compassionate and friendly team of vets, nurses and receptionists. We are located close to Fareham town centre, independent and privately owned, not part of a corporate chain or group of practices. We have 5 vets who work at the practice supported by wonderful nurses and receptionists. You can ask to see the same vet each time you visit which we think ensures continuity of care. The practice is a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons accredited General Practice. Respect toward our clients is very important to us and the welfare of our patients is paramount.
